Shop policies
• I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been shipped.
• In case your order has been returned to me I will get in contact with you asap. Depending on the reason for the return I will either resend it for free (my fault, such as the wrong address, etc.) or the buyer will have to bear the shipping fee again (unclaimed package).
• If you suspect that the post office lost your order please get in touch with your local post office first and turn to me if any additional info/action is needed from my side. However, I do not have control over any packages once they leave my hands and I will not refund or replace any lost orders unless the package was fully insured and a refund was provided by the post office.
• Once an order is placed, the items cannot be changed for any reason. The only exception is an address change! In that case, email me with your order number and updated address.
• I am not responsible for damages or delays caused by postal services.
• If I made a mistake on your order don't hesitate to get in touch with me with your name, order # and pictures within 5 days of delivery. I will not address any issues if it has been more than 5 days.
• If there is no grading system on the item listing, the item will be sent ungraded. Understand that you may receive an item with minor flaws. But rest assured that I will not send out items with major flaws unless specified in the listing.
• Provided ETA is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances like delays caused by the manufacturer or shipping carrier.
• Reselling my merch is allowed, however, please only sell it for the price you purchased it.
