✿ Where do you ship from?

I ship from Czechia (EU)!

✿ Do you ship to "___"?

Yes, I ship worldwide to any country as long as CZpost doesn't restrict certain countries. A list of restricted countries can be found here (as the site is in czech language, please use google translator/plug-in).

✿ When will my order ship?

Preorders - Estimated shipment period will be provided and subject to changes, please keep an eye out on my social media (most active on IG).

In-stock - Shipped within two weeks under normal circumstances.

✿ What does pin grade say about the pin?

Standard grade - may include minor imperfections like small scratches or scuffs on the surface, small dust particles trapped under enamel, very slight undefills in minor areas, small discoloration in metal.

B-grade - may include more visible imperfections like markings or indents, oveflow of enamel, stains or smudges, plating issues.

✿ My order is lost, what do I do?

Please contact your local post office first and turn to me if any additional info/action is needed from me. I understand how frustrating the situation is. However, I cannot take responsibility for nor control what happens once the package leaves my hands.
